These Terms and Conditions govern your use of Jenga Systems. By accessing our platform or purchasing our services, you agree to be bound by these rules. We keep it simple: we provide the tools, you provide the commitment.

Acceptance of Terms

By using Jenga Systems (the "Service"), you confirm that you are at least 18 years of age and possess the legal authority to enter into this agreement. If you are using the Service on behalf of a business, you represent that you have the authority to bind that entity to these terms.

Scope of Service

Jenga Systems provides marketing automation, website design, and lead management tools tailored for the Kenyan market. We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue any aspect of the Service at any time to ensure the best performance for our users.

Note: While we provide the systems to generate leads, we do not guarantee specific revenue outcomes. Your results depend on your industry, market conditions, and your team's follow-up.

Payments & Subscriptions

    Billing: Subscription fees are billed in advance on a monthly or annual basis. We accept M-Pesa, Credit Cards, and Bank Transfers.

    Refunds: To keep our prices low for everyone, we do not offer refunds for partial months of service or unused features.

    Cancellations: You can cancel your subscription at any time via your dashboard. Access will remain active until the end of your current billing cycle.

Prohibited Uses

You agree not to use Jenga Systems for any illegal activities, including but not limited to: spamming via WhatsApp/SMS, fraud, distributing malware, or misrepresenting your business. Abuse of our automation systems to harass individuals will result in immediate termination without refund.

Limitation of Liability

Jenga Systems shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages resulting from the use or inability to use our service. This includes, but is not limited to, loss of profits, data, or business opportunities. We provide our platform "as is" without warranties of any kind.

Governing Law

These terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of Kenya. Any disputes arising from these terms shall be resolved exclusively in the courts of Nairobi, Kenya.
